ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed through silverpress.org are processed automatically and sent directly to our warehouse for fulfilment.

Our sales executive works part-time Monday–Wednesday. We aim to respond to emails within 3–5 working days. 

Orders are typically transmitted to the warehouse immediately after they are placed, so please ensure that all order details – including items, quantities, and shipping address – are correct before completing your purchase.

Silver Press is not responsible for errors made by customers when placing orders. Because orders are sent directly to the warehouse for fulfilment, we may not be able to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Orders placed Thursday–Sunday will not be reviewed until Monday. If an order has already been processed and shipped before the sales executive returns to work, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or refund the order.

If you need to contact us about an order, please email sales@silverpress.org and we will respond as soon as possible during our working days.

Notification timeframe

Please notify us of any problems with your order within 30 days of delivery so that we can assist you. 

Returned items must be received within 14 days of notifying us.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and item.

Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Silver Press cannot be responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. 

Delivery times

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, postal services, customs processes, and other factors outside our control.

RETURNS

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, for any reason.

To exercise this right, please email sales@silverpress.org within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intention to return the item.

Returned items must be:

  • in unused and resaleable condition

  • returned within 14 days of notifying us

  • securely packaged

Please email sales@silverpress.org to arrange sending the item back. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. 

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – refunds can take time to appear.

  3. Contact your bank – there may be processing delays.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact sales@silverpress.org

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

If you need to exchange an item for the same title, please email sales@silverpress.org to arrange sending the item back. 

CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

For international orders, packages may be inspected or opened by customs authorities in the destination country. Silver Press cannot control or be responsible for actions taken by customs services, including the opening, inspection, delay, or damage of packages during customs checks.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in the destination country.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@silverpress.org so we can assist in investigating the shipment with the delivery provider.

If tracking confirms that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbours or your local delivery office. 

Ownership of goods passes to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse. Silver Press is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout

PRE-ORDERS

If your order includes both pre-order titles and in-stock items, the order will be shipped together once the pre-order title becomes available in the warehouse. This means there may be a short delay in dispatch for the other items in your order.

If you would like in-stock items to be shipped sooner, please place separate orders.

Publication dates and release schedules may occasionally change due to printing or distribution timelines.

In some cases items in the same order may ship separately depending on warehouse availability.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
