ORDERING FROM OUR WEBSITE

We offer direct sales and shipping to customers throughout the world, from our website (excluding the USA - see note here). If you are a bookshop and you wish to stock our books, please order through our Distribution channels.

Orders are submitted to the warehouse as soon as they are confirmed, and then take 2–3 business days to process prior to dispatch. If your order includes pre-ordered books that are not yet published, your whole order will be sent out once all the books are available.

If you have any questions about your order that aren't addressed in the information below, feel free to contact us at sales@silverpress.org. We kindly ask that you allow for our warehouse processing time (2–3 business days before dispatch) in addition to the estimated delivery time before reaching out to us. Please note that, as a small team, we’re only able to check and respond to emails 1–2 times per week.

SHIPPING: UNITED KINGDOM

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, we offer Royal Mail and DHL services. The available shipping options and costs are determined by the weight of your package and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that all shipping times listed below—including next-day delivery—are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

SHIPPING: REST OF WORLD

For international deliveries outside of Europe, we ship via FedEx. The available shipping options and costs are determined by the weight of your package and will be calculated at checkout.

Due to shipping constraints, high-costs, and/or other uncertain taxes and tariffs, we are currently unable to ship to the USA (further details here), Turkey, American Samoa, Anguilla, Marshall Islands and Northern Mariana Islands.

A NOTE ON US SHIPPING

From 29 August 2025, all parcels sent to the United States will be subject to duties and taxes, regardless of their value. This follows a new Executive Order signed on 30 July 2025, which removes the long-standing de minimis exemption for shipments valued under $800. As a small business, this has a huge impact on our costs and operations - and with such little notice given, we have had to suspend shipping to customers based in the US.

We will update once we feel confident that we can supply orders without unexpected charges and delays.

For any US-based customers who placed pre-orders for Autumn titles: we will be reviewing your orders over the coming weeks and will update you via email.
